2023 Read-a-Thon is here! Students will get a chance to show their love of reading and our school as they ask for pledges, then record how many minutes they spend reading from March 3 – March 12.
Prizes will be given based on participation and total minutes spent reading. Time that students read alone or aloud to their parents as well as being read to all counts!
IMPORTANT DATES:
- March 3 or before: Download the pledge sheet and get pledges!
- March 3-12: Record daily reading minutes.
- March 13-20: Reading log and donation collection week.
Donations may be made online or with the envelopes and pledge sheets sent home. Pledge envelopes can be dropped off in the morning at school with one of the volunteers.
If you are choosing the online option, please submit your total reading time here. so we can track participation.

PRIZES:
- Participants All Win! Each participant who submitted reading time online or dropped off the reading log is eligible to receive a prize, even if pledges are not collected.
- Top Reader Raffle! Each participant who reads 100 minutes or more will be entered in a raffle for their grade level. There will be a grand prize winner in each grade for a $15 gift certificate to a local bookstore.
VOLUNTEERING:
